Part A - Information about you

Using and sharing your consultation response

Your responses will help to inform Natural England’s decision on whether to take forward our proposals, and where the boundaries should be. We will publish a summary of the responses next year. In line with Natural England’s Access to Information Statement, at the end of the consultation period copies of the responses and/ or the information contained in them may be subject to publication or release to the public on request and on our website. If you do not want your response – including your name, contact details and any other personal information – to be publicly available, please tell us why in question A2. If we receive a request for release of the information we will take full account of your explanation, but we cannot give an assurance that confidentiality can be maintained in all circumstances. An automatic confidentiality disclaimer generated by your IT system will not be regarded as binding on Natural England.

You may also choose not to give us all or some personal information including your name: your response will still be taken into account. Please also note that the information you have given in response to question A4 will be separated from your consultation response and will not be associated with you or your responses.
